1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

– The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
– The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice
– The item should not be damaged or altered

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

– Used or worn products
– Products without original packaging or tags
– Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)
– Items damaged by the customer

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your order details and reason for return
3. Our team will guide you with return instructions

Once your return request is approved, you will be informed about the return shipping process.

4. Refund Policy

– Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected

– Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via:

– Bank transfer (NEFT/UPI), or
– Any other mutually agreed method

– Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval

5. Return Shipping Charges

– If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost
– If the return is for personal reasons (size issue, change of mind), the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
– Share clear images of the product

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

– Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
– Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
